i don’t have pvt ins but medicare? shall i go for ins before jun 30?

My observation is that people who have government health insurance (Medicare, military insurance, teachers, police, and other government workers) are much more satisfied with their health care than people with private insurance.
Wouldn’t this suggest that implementing government health care for the rest of the population will result in higher satisfaction?

Private insurance companies already administer the Medicare program. People blame the government for problems with Medicare, but the government doesn’t administer it.

What if I do not want to pay for health care insurance?
